Rev. Willie Hoey served as a delegate to the CME General Conference in 2010, 2014 and 2018.

Willie Hoey has served as the statisticians for the North-East Mississippi Annual Conference for twenty-nine years.

By demonstrating his great leadership qualities for thirty-two years, Pastor Hoey proved to be a great role model, mentor and leader, not only in his education field but also as a pastor many have been led to Christ.  Under his tutelage came Minister Bryce Wilson who is now sharing his ministry as a member of Bullards Chapel.

Willie Hoey is a retired educator of 26 years of service in the Holly Springs School District and now employed for (ICS) Institute of Community Services, INC.

Willie Hoey has been married nineteen years to Cathelean Cathey, together they have three children, three grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

Mary Askew Whitley daughter of John and Effie. Mary Askew Whitley is the tenth of eleven children.  

In 1984, Reverend Whitley accepted her calling into the ministry.  In 1985, Reverend Whitley was assigned as the assistant pastor of Bullards Chapel and Pleasant Grove.  In 1986, Reverend Whitley received her traveling Deacon Orders, Then in 1987, Reverend Whitley received her traveling Elder order. In 1988 Reverend Whitley was committed into full connection with the Christian Methodist Episcopal church in the North-East Annual  Conference.  During her Ministry, Reverend Whitley has been assigned to Pastor Wiggins Chapel and Peter Chapel in Cockrum, MS;Beachum Chapel in Hernando, MS.

Mary Whitley grew up in a small rural community and was only afforded the opportunity to complete the eighth grade.  In addition to rearing a family, Reverend Whitley worked outside the home.  With the desire to continue her education after the birth of her last child, Reverend Whitley went back to school to completely her high school education and also attended Northwest Community College.  Reverend Mary Whitley received her Bachelor Degree in Theology from Elias Cottrell Theological Institute and also attended Mid-Bible College.  Reverend Whitley has received a Certificate in Theology from the Interdenominational Theological Center in Atlanta, GA.  

Reverend Mary Whitley has served on the Joint Board of Finance in the Olive Branch/ Sardis District and organized the “Crumb Ministry” for the overseas mission to Africa.
Reverend Mary Whitley is a retired Pastor of the Christian Methodist Episcopal Church and is now sharing her ministry at Bullards Chapel in Lake Cormorant, MS.

Mary Whitley is the widow of John T . Whitley.  Reverend Whitley is the mother of 10 children —grand children great grand children and great great grandchildren.

Minister Brice A. Wilson has been an educator at Southwest Tennessee Community College in Memphis, Tennessee for fifteen years.  He has eight years of experience teaching English for the public school system (Mississippi & Tennessee).  In addition to teaching, mentoring, and tutoring, he serves as musician for Asbury United Methodist Church.  He has been a licensed minister since 1999 and an ordained minister since 2007. Also, he is a proud member and local preacher at Bullards Chapel Christian Methodist Episcopal Church.  He holds  a bachelor’s degree in English from Rust College and two master’s degrees from Grand Canyon University in teaching and education.  He has completed several hours toward his doctorate degree in Organizational Leadership: Organizational Development.  He has a remarkable family:  Samuel, Keeyonia, Naomi, and Elizabeth.
